its December and yeah I am on holiday!!!

Assalamualaikum. entry kali ni, bout bulan Disember. Dari kecik sampai la 2thn sblm ni, bile kate hjg thn, mesti la g bercuti kn. xkisah la blk kampung atau melancong.

Tapi, sejak tahun 2011 dan thn ni, 2012, huh terkandas la plak kat Skudai ni. Tapi kalau da dasar suka berjalan dan kuat merayap serta xlekat rumah,
berbekalkan modal yang budget, maka percutian pendek ni menjadi.

Puas hati jugaklah. Walaupun weekend je, tapi berbaloi.
It is very unexpected journey.
Jumaat malam14/12, slps test RC design, ramai2 dgn kawan2 tgk Hobbit. Cerita ni kalo x lyn LOTR dlu, mmg boleh tertidolah.

Esoknya, atas jemputan sungguh2 kawan sorang ni, we all gerak ke Segamat. 2 kereta :D
Dari tol Skudai ke Segamat, harga tol = RM 11.10
Isi petrol RM 60.00 utk Honda Stream 1.8
Dari exit segamat, akn lalu Labis. Then Jementah. Perjalanan ambil mase +/- 1 jam setengah gak, (depends on traffic situation)
Jaraknye 61km.
Sampai2 hujan kt Jementah ni. Then trus makan lauk kenduri kt rumah nenek kawan ni. Kenyang perut. Makanan sedap. Masakan org kampung. Mane x nye. hehe
Then, makan durian.. warghhhh sedap! Tapi sbb perut kenyang lagi, xde la byk sangat kami makan. Tapi buah2 nye mmg sedap la.

Then ke rumah kawan ni plak, ahaaa rumah die pun best. Ade pokok rambutan. Ade kolam ikan. blkg rumah ade sungai. blkg rumah boleh main golf. Ayah kawan ni rajin plak. rumah die bersistem. Ade parit sndri untuk salirkan air ke sungai dan mengelak banjir. Air dari sisa domestik pun ada saluran sendiri yang dibuat sendiri :D mmg power la. Kagum!

Malam, makan satay~~~ sedap!!!! satay mmg sentiasa di hatiku. hehe. Lepas farewell ngn kawan td, kitaorg gerak ke Melaka. Dr exit Tangkak ke Ayer Ker 3.80.

Mula2 singgah campus adik jap. Spot check skit. Alhamdulillah ok je die. hehe kakak die je yg  kaki rayau.
Then, terus ke bandar hilir. ahaaa mlm da lewat. smpi je parking kt dtrn pahlawan. Layan kawan sorang yg xpenah jejak kaki kt melaka ni. Amek gmbr dpn A famosa. Then jalan ke Menara Taming Sari. Tapi da tutup.

Jalan lagi ke tepi terusan air kt bandaraya tu. Lepak2 makan. Rasa?? C-
Then mata xthn, owner kereta drive ke Pantai Klebang. Me?? LOng time da ZZZzzzzzzzzZZZZ. hehe sampai keesokan pagi nye ok. Xbg peluang kt kawan2 lain tidur. hahaha

Then dari Pantai Klebang, gerak ke Gunung Ledang. Tapi singgah sarapan kt Kg bt 2 Tangkak. Makan kt warung roti canai terbang. fuhhh terbaik

Dari Tangkak ke Gunung Ledang, ambil masa 30 minit utk smpai. Then, sampai je terus shoot naik atas. Dari bawah nak naik ke stage atas air terjun tu, ambil masa 25 minit. Jalan tanpa henti. Jangan risau da ade trail. So Alhamdulillah x sesat. Opss, byrn masuk ke Gunung Ledang ni ialah RM2.00/car dan RM 1.00/person.
kat stage atas tu, ade 2 bahagian nak mandi. 1 mcm kolam, dan 1 lagi betul2 kt air terjun. Air terjun dalam hutan kn. Mmg ssejuk, udara nyaman dan tempting abes.

Lebih kurang pukul 1.30 ptg baru turun nak blk.
Otw blk, singgah JPO. Xbeli ape2 sbb badan dah letih dan kami sangat selekeh ok.

So total journey ni berharga +/-RM150. Share 6 orang. Hurm berbaloi sangat.

Opss, minggu sebelum tu, pegi Legoland. Masuk percuma atas sbb tertentu. hehehe.

Terlalu banyak nikmat-nikmat yang Allah beri kpd kita. Tidak adil untuk kita putus asa, berasa sedih dan kecewa dengan hidup kita. 
Jadikan kegagalan sebagai suatu titik permulaan untuk muka surat baru. Jangan padam kesalahan lalu. Tetapi jadikan rujukan.

Merc dan jumper! haha

Assalamualaikum wbt.

Entry kali ni bukan tentang makanan. Tapi tentang kereta saya :) Proton Saga 1st edition yang dikeluarkan tahun 1987 tu.
Lately, merc saya tu meragam sikit. Maklumla, senior da. Bak kata atuk, warga emas. hehehe.
Sejak pagi Isnin lepas, merc tu xboleh hidup. So, emak pun beli la jumper sendiri kat Petronas dengan harga RM28.60

Masa mula-mula nak try buat sendiri tu, ade spark keluar kat kepala bateri tu. xtau kenapa.
then, tiba-tiba jiran sebelah dtg tlg. Alhamdulillah okay pun merc tu. Then mak and adik pegi keluar beli barang etc kt luar.Alhamdulillah merc xmeragam.

Tiba-tiba, semalam masa nak keluar, mak cuba start, merc meragam lagi. so, mula la adegan tolak menolak kereta. Ingat nak guna jump dari kereta lain. Then bila da hadapkan dengan kereta lain, sya pun pasanglah crocodile clip -ve kepada kepala bateri -ve. Eh, tiba-tiba alarm bunyi macam kunci kereta tu.
Saya cuba start enjin, tadaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, merc da boleh start.
Rupanya, selama ni kepala bateri tu longgar je. Habis beratus nk servis and tukar alternator. padahal, kepala bateri je problem. hehe.

Mee Rebus

Assalamualaikum wbt

entry kali ni ialah resipi mee rebus tashashila. haha. Gurau je. tp, seronok pulak sebut nama pelakon sorang tu :p

Okay, mee rebus saya buat ni boleh serve 10 orang makan. Resepi ni saya cedok dari blog2 lain, tapi sukatan bahan tu, saya ubah sedikit mengikut selera saya dan yang paling penting, bila makan...SEDAP!

Bahan-bahan untuk kuah

1. 4 biji keledek
2. 2 biji kentang
3. Semangkuk stok udang yang di buat sendiri
4. Daging yg direbus dan di potong kecing/ tulang2 yang ade geleme tu~ nyum3
5. 1 inci lengkuas
6. 1 1/2 inci halia
7. 3 batang serai
8. Bawang merah 12 biji
9. Bawang putih 8 biji
10. Cili api 10 biji (boleh kurangkan atau tambah mengikut citarasa sendiri)
11. Cili boo 3 sudu
12. Gula dan garam secukup rasa
13. Asam keping (sekeping sahaja)
14. 1 sudu serbuk kari daging
15. 1 sk lada hitam
16. Minyak


Bahan untuk hiasan

1. Seikat sayur sawi (ambil daun sahaja)
2. Setengah kilogram taugeh
3. Bawang goreng (Goreng sendiri, baru umpph!)
4. Fishcake (direbus/dicelur)
5. Telur Rebus (4 butir)
6. Tauhu goreng
7. Daun bawang dan daun sup
8. Limau kasturi (dibelah 2)
9. Cili besar berwarna merah dan hijau dipotong bulat
10. Udang dikupas kulit dan digoreng

Hehe, mee kuning jangan lupa beli, untuk lapan orang makan, 1 kilo mee mencukupi. :)

Caranya:

1. Rebus keledek dan kentang hingga empuk dan lembut. Lenyek hingga hancur.
2. Rebus kulit udang bersama 2 biji bawang merah. Kemudian biarkan sejuk pada suhu bilik. Tapis kulit udang. Kulit itu kemudiannya dikisar dan tapis semua air daripada kisaran kulit udang.
3. Rebus daging hingga empuk. Jangan buang air rebusan.
4. Kisar bawang merah, bawang putih, gula, garam, serbuk kari, lada hitam, cili bersama air rebusan daging.
5. Panaskan periuk, Tumis bahan yang dikisar. Masukkan serai, halia dan lengkuas yang diketuk.
6. Tumis hingga naik bau. Masukkan stok udang, daging, keledek dan kentang.
7. Masak hingga daging betul2 empuk dan semua rasa sebati. Masak sekurang-kurangnya setengah jam. Masukkan air masak secukupnya jika kuah terlalu pekat. (lebih kurang setengah-1 cawan air shj)
8. Apabila kuah sudah masak, masukkan asam keping.
9. Rasa kuah. Seimbangkan rasa manis, masin, masam dan pedas supaya rasa kuah jadi umppph!
10. Celur mee kuning.
11. Celur sayur sawi dan taugeh
12. Celur fishcake
13. Hidangkan mee bersama kuah yang telah siap.

Kuah akan menjadi sedikit pekat berpunca dari kelikatan keledek.
Jangan lupa selawat dan bismillah ketika masak
Saya tak gunakan taucu atau udang kering kerana takut tetamu alergi pula.

Nama Glamor: -Puding roti- Nama Glamor Dulu2 -Bengkang roti-

Entry kali ni nak bagi resepi untuk puding roti

Makanan mudah sedia dan lazat ni sesuai dijadikan pencuci mulut untuk makan malam, pergi berkelah, parti Tupperware, parti harijadi, potluck kt ofis, jamuan minum petang, etc. Pendek cerita, almost semua jenis occasion boleh dihidangkan. 1st time makan yang sedap sangat kak Linda buat masa kerja last year. Then blaja buat sendiri. Siap Google and ambil resipi yg paling banyak +ve comment lagi. haha.

1st time buat dlu, bahan x cukup and blog ni pun belum minat update tentang resipi-resipi ni. Kali ke-2 buat ni pun atas request bff, Elissa. hehe. So, dengan berbekalkan bakat terpendam yang pandai masak ni, 
(masuk bakul angkat sendiri. hehehe)
saya pun buat la puding roti ni. So, ini dia resepinya.

Bahan-Bahan:-

1. Roti Gardenia/High-5/Masimo/etc 8 keping
2. Sebotol 450ml susu segar)
3. Gula 3 sb
4. Telur 2 butir
5. Serbuk kulit kayu manis
6. Tepung kastard
7. Mentega 2 1/2 sb
8. Garam (hujung sudu je)
9. Kismis

Caranya:

1. Koyakkan roti dan susun dengan rapi ke dalam bekas untuk dibakar. 
2. Tabur kismis pada setiap lapisan roti
3. Curahkan +/- 200ml susu segar ke dalam bekas. Biarkan susu menyerap ke dalam roti selama setengah jam
4. Panaskan mentega sehingga cair.
5. Tuang mentega ke dalam bekas lain. Masukkan 1 sudu gula, telur, serbuk kulit kayu manis dan garam.
6. Gaul hingga sebati.
7. Tuang bancuhan ke dalam bekas yang mengandungi roti.
8. Ratakan bahan. Benarkan bancuhan masuk ke celah-celah roti yang telah lembut.
9. Bakar bahan tadi selama 30-35minit pada suhu 180 darjah Celcius.

Cara menyediakan susu kastard
1. Campur gula yang telah dicairkan bersama sedikit air ke dalam susu bersama-sama tepung kastard.
2. Kacau hingga sebati. 
3. Simpan di dalam peti sejuk.

Setelah puding roti masak, biarkan sejuk pada suhu bilik. Pastikan puding tidak dibiarkan terdedah. Kebersihan perlu jaga.

Hidangkan potongan puding bersama curahan susu kastard. Selamat mencuba!

Rendang Lay Chicken~

Salam. entry kali ni, nk bgi resepi rendang.





aha... ni gmbr utk resepi rendang sye.

bahan-bahannye ialah:-

1. Ayam pencen 3 ekor (cukup utk cover org dtg raye 1st raya)
2. Bawang merah 20 ulas
3. Bawang putih 10-15 ulas
4. Lengkuas 2 inci
5. Halia 2 inci
6. Serai 4-5 btg
7. Serbuk kari 2 sudu
8. Serbuk lada hitam
9. Serbuk jintan manis
10. Santan 4 biji
11. Kerisik 3 senduk (sye guna kerisik buatan sendiri.)
12. Kunyit Hidup 1 inci
13. Cili api (ikut citarasa pedas yg anda suka)
14. Asam keping
15. Gula dan Garam secukup rasa 

Caranya:

- Untuk lembutkan aya, pencen, reneh dalam periuk bertutup dengan api perlahan dan air yg cukup2 tenggelam ayam shj. reneh bersama bawang dan halia untuk masukkan rasa manis ke dalam daging ayam tersebut. Reneh sehingga daging ayam lembut (+/- setengah jam)
- Kisar bahan no 2,3,7,8,9,12, 13 dan 15 bersama-sama santan. 
- Tuang ke dalam kuali bahan yang telah dikisar.
- Masukkan lengkuas, halia dan serai yang telah di ketuk2 ke dalam kuali
- Kacau dan masukkan ayam yang telah lembut direneh tadi.
- Masak dengan api perlahan.
- Sentiasa kacau bagi mengelakkan hangus
- Apabila kuah mulai kering dan rasa telah sebati dengan daging ayam tadi, masukkan kerisik.
- Kacau sehingga rendang benar-benar kering.
- Tadaaaa siap.

Ujian Ramadhan

Assalamualaikum WBT

Hari ni, cerita tentang kedegilan penjual-penjual direct selling yang datang dari rumah ke rumah. =_="
Menguji kesabaran betul. Kejadian berlaku depan pagar rumah:

Salesgirl 1: Assalamualaikum akk. Akk, ape khabar kak. (sambil bersusah payah nk bukak pagar rumah yg mmg da rosak sbb adik langgar. haha) Eh kak, nape susah sangat nak bukak pagar ni kak.
Emak: Wassalam. Siapa ni ye? ada ape? Sambil mak berlari2 anak dari dapur tgk orang sibuk2 bukak pagar rumah. 

Salesgirl 1: Akak, akak ade dpt x pamplet2 dalam 2 3 hari ni. 
Emak: xde. Kalau nak jual barang apa2, maaflah acik x minat nak beli.

Salersgirl 1: eh, akk ni xdpt lg pamplet la. (sambil tu kawan die pun turun dari kereta)
Emak: maaflah, acik mmg tengah sibuk ni. 

Salesgirl 2: xde acik. Kitaorg nak bagi sample je ni.
Emak: Yela sample ke ape2 ke, acik mmg xminat dan tgh sibuk ni.

Salesgirl 2: Tapi acik, brg kami ni nnt akan masuk G****, J****,  Acik tgk dulu barang ni, nanti mane tau minat.
Emak: acik mmg xminat. Kalau ade ape2 acik perlu, acik akan pergi sendiri beli dkt kedai. 

Salesgirl 2: Tapi acik x tgk lagi sample ni. kita nk tunjuk sample je. Xde suruh-suruh beli pun. Tgk je dlu. Nanti acik minat boleh la cerita macam mane.
Emak: Acik mmg x minat. Terima kasih lah banyak-banyak. Lagipun acik tau korang nak niaga nk cari duit raye ni. Tp, acik mnt maaf. acik mmg xberminat apa2 pun
Salesgirl 1: yela cik, tgk la dlu. MMg nak naikkan sales. (eh, td kate x menjual????)

Saya: Maaf ye. Kalau mak saye kate die x minat tu, xpe la, die mmg xminat la tu. Sedangkan sye tunjuk ape2 barang pun mak sye xlayan. 
Salesgirl 2: Barang ape yang da ade kat rumah ni? (ewah, agak keras soalan die di situ ye)
Saya: apa-apa jela barang yang ada kat rumah ni. Ikut kemampuan kami lah nk ade barang ape2. (hati sudah panas wooo..sabar2)

Emak: Xde, mmg acik xminat apepun lah brg yg nk tunjuk tu.
Salesgirl 1: xpe la cik, bg mase 5-10 minit nk ckp dlu cik.
Emak: Ha xpela, tunjuklah kat sini ha. Acik dengar 5-10 minit.
Salesgirl 2: bg la masuk cik. (acewah.. die plak request ek)
Emak: xpela, kalo nk 5 10- minit, acik bg ni. xkisah lah kt sini ke kt dalam. Tapi mcm mane pun, acik mmg xminat brg ape2 pun

Salesgirl 2: xpela cik, dengar acik bebel pun abes mase saye. (HAH! DA mak plak membebel die kate. hahah)

Macam-macam ragam manusia ni. Bagi salam betul da. Tapi, bila orang dah pun menyatakan ketidakmahuan  tu, cube beralah dan berundur. Jangan paksa. Situasi yang kami alami tadi bukan kali pertama. 
Cuma, kali pertama jumpe 2 orang anak muda Melayu (Islam lah rsenye sbb elok bertudung) yang datang menjual dengan adab yang xberapa cun macam rupa paras yang Allah kurniakan.

Moral: Nak jadi salesgirl, belajar dulu etika customer service ni. Sekian.

Dulu August 15 2011, sye ade buat post ttg keberanian sye bawak kereta manual. Sekarang saya mmg da boleh bawak manual car pun. Hari2 lenjan kereta kawan saya.. Nazirah. huhu. bukan suka2 tapi sbb to get around campus saye tu. MMg x larat la jalan kaki semata. Wasting time lg kalo jalan sedangkan ade kemudahan. Cuma kemudahan itu kemudahan orang yang saya tumpang lah. huhu. Moral of the story ialah

Reading Habit

Nowadays, reading habit have gone very unfamiliar. If you travel by train from Seremban-KL Central for example, its hardly to find a person hold a reading material and reading. Passengers would rather play games on their all-smart phone and gadget/sleeping (acceptable) or simply starred at you for the whole journey. (what a waste of time and.......yewwwwww. annoying definitely.)

Who should be blame for the decreasing numbers of reading habit among us, Malaysian nowadays? On what basis do I said so? try to Google search, you'll found many reports, articles and journals discussing on the topic. 

Why should we put our concern on the matter?Allow me to answer this according to my own experience. the lecturer announce the date for test 1 of the reading-basis subject. I neither bother to read through the slide notes nor the text book. During exam. I flip over the questions. Hah. Here you Annur. I do remember being teach about those topics. But I cant recall the details. When the result came out. I deserved just what I had worked on. 20/50. Satisfy? No. Why? Because I knew that I could do better if I read the boring pages that I left on the shelf. 

Reading is Power. True. SO TRUE until it cant be deny. Without reading, one cant enhance his knowledge, his skill or ability. To operate a machine also need you to read over the instruction right? When you first time get to hold your iphone, ipad, android tablets etc, surely you would see the manual guide printed/virtually right. It also apply when it comes to TERMS and CONDITIONS of a warranty, product or service provided to you. We should read the T&C thoroughly. If anything happen, lets say unexpected sound come from your new Hi-fi set, surely you would contact your dealer right. You eagerly demanded for free service or reimbursement. Unfortunately, when the dealer refer back to the page where T&C lies, it end up you have to pay for fixing the problem since you didnt know that the product is already out of warranty period or damage/ dis function cant be claim under warranty. 

There are lots of other importance of reading to you. Lets make reading habit our habit. and for muslim, lets have reciting/reading Quran our habit. InsyAllah barakah. okay. that all for now. tata

Cuti-Cuti Utara Malaysia

Pejam celik pejam celik da nak sebulan da bercuti. Means tinggal lagi sebulan je duduk rumah. Kemudian, bermulalah penyeksaan kt UTM smula. 

2nd week of the semester break haritu, saya dan kawan-kawan bercuti ke utara semenanjung tanah air. Penang, Kedah, Perlis. Gambar tak dapat nak upload since en camera Canon lom hanto gambar kt kitaorg lagi. ngeh3.

Kitaorg travel guna kereta. tujuannya mudah untuk bergerak sana sini. Jom saye cite bout budget kitaorg kay. 

Kitaorg bergerak dari KL berempat. Seorang bagi RM100 kat saya. termasuk diri saya sendiri. heeee. Bermakna, untuk 3 hari 4 malam percutian kitaorg ni, kitaorg budget RM 400.00 untuk jarak perjalanan +- 700km sehala. means kitaorg travel appro. 1400km for the 3 days vacation.
Okay the breakdown 

Petrol RON95 mase pergi ade 1 setengah bar + RM43.00 top up kat stesen Petronas Rawang.

Tol Jalan Duta - Tol Juru RM 43.30

Jambatan Pulau Pinang RM 7.00 per entry. Tapi kitaorg bayar 2 kali sbb...hahaha terlepas simpang, g masuk jambatan smule mase otw nk g Queensbay. ngee

Parking- Kat Penang, especially dalam Georgetown tu, hati hati lah dengan parking okay. Jangan sebarangan park. Kene kompaun. sia-sia melayang duit. Tapi jangan risau. Angan ngirau (teringat iklan Maybank tibe2), banyak parking berbayar. parking kt depan komtar RM 2.00/hour. Kitaorg round2 jalan kaki sekitar Lebuh Campbell, Lebuh Chulia, Lebuh Cintra etc makan masa 2jam lebey. So parking = RM 5.00
Then park @ Queensbay Mall = RM 3.00. Kalo weekend xtau cmne plak rate die

Naik feri free sbb masuk da byr tol RM7.00 tu

Dari lps turun feri nak pergi ke Alor Setar, masuk tol RM 11.40. Lalu tol Sungai Dua ke alor Setar (Selatan)
Sebelum tu ade tol RM 1.20. Tak ingat ape name tol itu. ngeee

Tuang petrol lagi skali, RM60.00.

Esoknya dari Alor Setar Kuala Kedah (tidur rumah Azie) kitaorg pergi Padang Besar. orang utara sebut, padang besaq.
Just kuar belanja untuk parking @ pdg besar je = RM 2.00. Xde tol sebab saya bawak jalan kampung. (mengimbau nostalgia lame)

Esoknya da nak balik. Dari Tol AS Selatan ke Sg Petani RM 7.20. Divert skit ke sg petani sbb Adib nak g workshop kawan die. Sbb? hahaha nak pasang bumper kereta yg jatuh kerana sedikit kemalangan xmeragut jiwa. (tatau la kalo2 ade lipas/cicak.semut tersepit kt kerb time tu)

Kemudian, Dari Tol Juru lagi sekali, ke Jalan Duta RM43.30 lagi.
Petrol pun RM 60.65 lagi.

Sampai KL lalu MRRII nak g TBS. Parking @ TBS RM3.00. Then top up smule tank kereta RM15.00. da gune kereta orang mesti berbahasa sikit kan kan kan.

So total kos perjalanan budget kitaorg ialah RM 320.00 :D

Kos makan pula, mmg xberapa budget sbb kat penang makannya cekik darah, potong kepala. Haha.
Personally, kos makan saya ialah rm70.00. Jimat skit makan sarapan dan etc sbb duduk rumah Azie. Jimat kos makan pagi dan malam. haha.

Okaylah sampai sini sahaja. So sesiapa yang nak buat budget vacation, enjoy!

Definisi baik yang saya nak cuba ceritakan di sini ialah baik dari segi akhlak. Akhlak kita dengan diri sendiri. Dengan ibu bapa, keluarga, sahabat, kenalan, komuniti peringkat seterusnya. Akhlak yang baik bermula dengan niat yang baik.

Akhlak yang baik untuk diri sendiri adalah apabila kita menjaga hubungan kita dengan tuhan. Bagi saya, seorang Islam, semestinya hubungan saya dengan Allah. Emak saya, Wislena Abbas, sentiasa menerapkan nilai-nilai murni sepanjang membesarkan saya dan adik. Sering dan sentiasa mengingatkan saya dan adik akan kebaikan dan amalan yang baik.Emak sering tegaskan kewajipan solat. Siap dengan khaifiat solat lagi mak bagi. Solat tiang agama dan solat juga penentu akhlak seseorang.

Alhamdulillah, Allah temukan saya dengan seorang lecturer yang selalu membimbing saya melalui sms dan fb/panggilan telefon, Pn Norsilan Wahiduddin, sering ingatkan saya agar menjaga hubungan dengan Allah. Solat taubat. Buatlah hari2 jika mampu. Solat hajat. Tahajud. (tapi saya akui, sya masih belum mampu buat solat2 sunat hari2). 

Apabila kita menjaga hubungan kita dengan Allah, percayalah Allah jaga diri kita dari segala sudut. InsyAllah. 

Jika sebut tentang hubungan baik sesama manusia pula, pada pendapat saya, hubungan yang baik dapat dibina dengan niat pertama apabila berkenalan dan berkawan. Kemudian, jika ada kesalahan antara satu sama lain, perkara terbaik untuk kita lakukan ialah, jadilah seorang yang pemaaf. Pada sesetengah orang, mungkin sukar untuk memaafkan kesalahan, tetapi, memaafkan dapat menenangkan jiwa kita. 

Akhlak terhadap haiwan dan alam sekitar. Ramai yang dan manis dari segi akhlak sesama manusia dan haiwan. Tapi, dengan alam sekitar.... :D hanya Allah yg tahu. Jagalah sekeliling kita. hindari diri daripada menyumbang kepada kekotoran. Sebaliknya cubalah berbakti menjadikan alam ini lebih selesa untuk di diami semua hidupan. Tak susah pun. Ambil contoh paling mudah. Janganlah buang sampah merata-rata. Kalau nak tambah bonus skit, bila ternampak sampah kecil2 tepi jalan, dekat bangku mase tunggu bus, tolonglah masukkan dalam tong yang tersedia. Mudahkan. Mohon di amalkan.

Makan sihat hari hari

Assalamualaikum. Hari ni nak post tentang makan sihatlah. Kepada yang tidak tahu, saya ni overweight nearly obese. So kenelah jaga pemakanan dan aktiviti harian. Azam tahun 2003 dlu ialah kuruskan badan. Dah pernah kurus da. Da slim melim da 2 thn lps. Tp, sejak sambung degree ni, haish. Mendadak naik balik.

So xnak membebel banyak, menu sihat tengahari yang saya sediakan ni ialah, brokoli goreng dan tempe goreng.

Bahan-bahan untuk brokoli goreng ialah
1. Sejambak sayur brokoli
2. Papsicum 1 biji
3. Bawang merah 3 ulas
4. Bawang putih seulas
5. Secubit garam,
6. Bawang besar 1 je.
7. Sesudu masak olive oil
8. Cili api 2 biji
9. Ikan bilis secubit je

Cara? Sempoi je.
Panaskan kuali. Pastikan api tidak terlalu kecil atau terlalu besar.
Masukkan olive oil.
Tumis bwg putih bersama ikan bilis.
Masukkan bawang merah.
Bila sudah naik bau, masukkan brokoli yg telah dipotong kecil bersama hirisan papsicum dan hirisan bawang besar.
Tambah sedikit air. Tutup kuali seketika. Agak2 sayur sudah lembut, buka penutup
Gaul hingga sebati.
Masukkan cili api yg di hiris halus.
Biar masak seketika.
Tutup api. Hidangkan. Tadaaaaa.....

Okay untuk ganti protein yg biasa terdapat dalam ikan, hari ni saya ganti dengan tempe goreng (sorry xde gmbr)

BAHAN2
1. 2 bungkus tempe
2. Bawang kecil 4 ulas
3. Bawang putih seulas
4. Serbuk kunyit 1 sudu teh
5. Serbuk kari 1 sudu teh
6. Garam secukup rasa*
7. Gula secukup rasa*
8. Minyak masak
9. Cili besar
10. Cili api

How to?

Potong kecil2 tempe.
Gaulkan gula, garam, serbuk kunyit dan serbuk kari bersama tempe tadi.
Panaskan kuali. Tuang minyak masak. Jangan banyak banyak sebab xmau jadi deep fry. Not good for diet.
Goreng tempe hingga kekuningan.
Keluarkan minyak sedikit.
Tumis bawang merah bawang putih hingga naik aroma yang menggeletek selera anda. Haha
Masukkan tempe yang telah digoreng bersama cili besar yg dihiris, dan cili api juga.
Tadaaaaaaa biarkan seketika. Hidangkan. :)

Ambil nasi 1 cawan.
Makanlah dengan hati yang senang. :)

Kalo suka grilled tomato, boleh tambah dalam menu ni. Resepi xde. Sbb sye main bantai je buat. Potong tomato, panaskan sedikit olive oil. Masukkan tomato, tabur sedikit serbuk lada hitam, kicap manis da seddddiiiiikit garam. Taburkan daun bawang skit. Biar seketika jangan sampai tomato hilang tekstur. Angkat
Hidang bersama sos bbq.
Tadaaaaa.... Nyum3

Makan sedap badan pun sihat. Selamat mencuba

Ikhlas dalam hubungan


Assalamualaikum WBT.

Today nk borak borak tentang ikhlas suatu perhubungan. Keikhlasan seseorang itu sepatutnya perlu menjadi asas dan akar. Kadang2 kita dgr kawan2/family yg hubungan xkekal. Juga hubungan sebagai rakan/sahabat. Sekejap je. xkekal lama. Sbb apa punca semua tu jadi? jawapannya niat utama bukan kerana Allah dan dasar niat ikhlas. ttp ada udang sebalik batu. Maka, bila matlamat tercapai, hubungan yang dibina akan lerai/ tidak kekal. Menjadi ikhlas itu sukar. Sangat sukar. Perasaan iri hati, hasad dengki, tamak, tidak puas hati, dll semuanya adalah antara dugaan dlm perhubungan. Mari lihat suatu hubungan dari sudut seorang rakan. Cuba renungkan kembali, rakan di sekeliling kita skrg? Mula-mula kenal dlu mcm mane? sbb ape masih berkawan smpi skrg? ada bertmbh erat @ semakin jauh? Kemudian check plak, apa niat asal berkawan dlu? Kenapa pentingnya ikhlas ni? Ikhlas ni suatu harta tanpa nilai. Nilai tambahnya pulak jujur. Kalo berkawan baik buruk atau baik, kalo rse slh tegur n kalo betul puji. dari seorang rakan boleh bertukar sahabat atau musuh. bergantung cara kita membawa hubungan itu. rakan kawan sahabat ni harta kita. jagalah. tp jagalah batasannya.

 C1 FRESH AND HARDENDED CONCRETE TEST
1.0 INTRODUCTION
The suitability of a concrete for any task is initially assessed whilst that concrete is still in its freshly mixed state before setting occurs. The test should give the answer on the concrete workability, will it pump, segregate, air entrainments and bleeds. Well established tests are used to categories fresh concrete properties.
Concrete is tested during its fresh and hardened state mainly to ensure that concrete mix satisfies the specification of works.
In its fresh state, concrete is tested for its consistency so as to achieve the desired workability. Workability is an important property in concrete since a workable mix will produce concrete, which can be well compacted, transported and placed without segregation. A well-compacted concrete will produce a good strength concrete.
Tests to be conducted on fresh concrete to measure its workability consist of:
1.            Slump Test
2.            Compacting Factor Test
3.            Vebe Test

Hardened concrete tests to destruction consist of:
1.            Compression Test
2.            Indirect Tension Test Methods
3.            Flexural strength of concrete

2.0 OBJECTIVES

The objectives of the test are to determine the properties of concrete as follows:
1.            Workability of fresh concrete
2.            Strength of hardened concrete



3.0 APPARATUS
FRESH CONCRETE TEST (WORKABILITY)
Slump Test:
1.    Mould consisting of the frustum of a cone
2.    Standard 16 mm diameter steel rod, 600 mm long
3.    Measuring scale
4.    Rigid metal sheet
Compacting Factor Test:
1.    Two conical hoppers and a cylinder.
2.    Weighing machine
Vebe Time Test:
1.    An open-ended cylinder
2.    A vibrating table
3.    Glass plate rider
4.    Metal cone
5.    Stop watch
6.    Standard iron rod

HARDENED CONCRETE TEST
Compression Test:
1.    Standard steel cube mould, 150 x 150 x 150 mm
2.    Standard steel rod, 25 mm square

Indirect Tension Test Methods (Cylinder Splitting Tension Test):
1.    Standard steel mould, 150 mm diameter, 300 mm long
2.    Standard steel rod, 16 mm diameter

Flexural Strength of Concrete:
1.    Standard beam measuring 100 x 100 x 500 mm long
2.    Standard steel rod, 25 mm square

4.0 PROCEDURES

Preparation of concrete mix:
1.    The volume of concrete needed for the tests was calculated
=          volume of (3 cubes (150 x 150 x 150mm) +
            2 cylinders (150mm dia. x 300mm) +
            1 beam (100 x 100 x 500mm) +
            test for workability)
=          0.0257 + 25% contingencies
=          0.032 m3
2.    Standard mix-ST5 was selected from Table 3 BS 5528
3.    The mix proportion was determined as given in Table 5 to produce concrete of 0.032 m3.

Example:
            Standard mix ST5
            Slump: 75 mm
            Nominal Maximum size of aggregate: 20 mm

4.    Cement, fine and course aggregate were mixed in mixer for 1 minute.
5.    Water was added in and mixes approximately for another 1 minute.
6.    When the mix is ready, proceeds with the workability tests.

Slump Test

1.    The cone was placed on a smooth, flat and clean surface.
2.    The mould was filled with 3 layers of concrete approximately of the same thickness each.
3.    Each layer of concrete was compacted by tamping it 25 times with the standard steel rod.
4.    The top surface of the concrete was leveled with a trowel.
5.    Slowly the cone was lifted vertically to allow concrete to subside.
6.    The difference in level between the height of the mould and that of the highest point of the subsided concrete were measured. This difference in height in mm is taken as slump of concrete.

Compacting Factor Test

1.    The apparatus were assembled vertically. Then the bigger hopper was placed uppermost, the smaller hoper in the middle and the cylinder at the bottom.
2.    All inside surface of hoppers were cleaned thoroughly to reduce friction.
3.    Each hopper has hinged door (trap-door) at the bottom. Make sure that this door is closed before commencing the test.
4.    The upper hopper was filled up with concrete to the brim.
5.    The door was released to let the concrete falls into the lower hopper.
6.    The door of the second hopper was released to let the concrete falls into the cylinder.
7.    Excess concrete from the top of the cylinder was cut off by sliding it across with two floats.
8.    The net weight of the concrete was determined. This weight is known as “weight of partially compacted concrete”.
9.    The cylinder was emptied and refilled with the concrete from the same sample in three layers. Each layer was tamped 25 times with standard steel rod.
10.  The top surface of the cylinder was leveled off and weighed it to the nearest 10gm. This weight is known as “weight of fully compacted concrete”.
11.  The compacting factor of concrete was calculated as shown below:

Vebe Test
1.    The slump cone was placed inside the cylindrical pot of the Vebe apparatus.
2.    The cone was filled with concrete as in the slump test.
3.    The cone was removed and the glass plate rider was placed gently on top of the concrete.
4.    The vibrating table was switched on and a stopwatch was started simultaneously.
5.    The vibration was continued until conical shape oft the concrete was assumed as a cylindrical shape. This can be judge by observing the glass disc from the top for disappearance of transparency. During this state, stopwatch was switched off.
6.    The time required from the shape of concrete to change from slump cone shape to cylindrical shape is known as Vebe degree (time).

HARDENED CONCRETE TEST
Compression Test
1.    Three moulds of size 150 mm x 150 mm x 150 mm were prepared.
2.    The interior surfaces of the assembled mould were thinly coated with mould oil to prevent adhesion of concrete.
3.    Each mould was filled with three layers of concrete and each layer was tamped 35 times with a 25 mm square steel rod.
4.    The top surface was finished with a trowel and the date of manufacturing was record on the surface of the concrete.
5.    The cube was stored undisturbed for 24 hours at a temperature of 18 to 22 0C and a relative humidity of not less than 90%. The concrete was covered with wet gunnysacks to ensure the condition above.
6.    The mould was striped after 24 hours. After that, it was cured by immersing them in water at temperature 19 to 21 0C until the testing date.
7.    The cubes were tested at the age of 7 days.
8.    The cube was positioned in the compressive machine with the cast faces in contact with the platens.
9.    Load at the rate of 15MN/m2/min was applied to cubes.
10.  The maximum load was recorded to the nearest 0.5 N/mm2.

Indirect Tension Test

1.    Two moulds of cylinder measuring 150mm diameter by 300mm long were prepared.
2.    The mould was coated inside with mould oil.
3.    Each mould was filled with three layers of concrete and each layer was stamped 35 times with a 16mm diameter steel rod.
4.    The date was recorded on the surface of the concrete.
5.    The cylinder was cured. Method of curing is similar as for the cubes.
6.    The cylinder was tested at the age of 7days.
7.    The cylinder was placed with its axis horizontal between the platens of the testing machine.
8.    A narrow strip of plywood was placed at the top of and bottom between the platens and the cylinder.
9.    Load at the rate of 1.6 MN/m2/min was applied.
 
Flexural Strength of Concrete

1.    A mould of beam was prepared using measuring 100x100x500mm long.
2.    The mould was coated inside with mould oil.
3.    The mould was filled with 3 layers of concrete and each layer was tamped 35 times with a 25 mm square steel rod.
4.    The beam was cured. The method of curing is similar as for the cubes.
5.    The beam was test at the age of 7 days.
6.    The beam is positioned for testing with a span of 400mm i.e.50 mm from each end.
7.    The beam was imposed with a two point loading system.
8.    Load at the rate of 1.6 MN/m2/min was applied.
9.    Position of the crack from the support was measured.
10.  The modulus of rupture was calculated using formulae below:

7.0       DISCUSSION
Based on the result, the slump of concrete is 170 mm and mode of slump is collapse slump. The concrete is collapse slump will be affected by:-
  1. Moisture of aggregates.
·         The fine and coarse aggregates are exposed to rain a day before test. Hence, there must have excess moisture (the aggregates is wet dry) content which makes the aggregates wet and collapse slump happen.

  1. Compaction during do the test.
·         Since compaction using man power, the compaction must not perfect as compaction using machine. Hence, there still have void in the concrete mix.

  1. Slump mould not pulled up carefully.
            Besides that, the workability of concrete is high and the vebe test time range between 0-3second. The application for this concrete suitable to apply at the area with congested reinforcement and also for underwater area.
            Result of the strength test, From the test result, we obtain high workability concrete sample because the compressive strength of cubes is 24.50 N/mm2, indirect tensile strength is 1.765 N/mm2 and flexural strength of beam is 5.354 N/mm2.

2Compare the results of the strength with the target mean strength. Discuss on the results
From Table 3: BS5528, the characteristic compressive strength at 28 days for the standard mix for ST5 is 25N/mm2. Thus, the characteristic compressive strength at 14 days is 24.5 N/mm2 which is about the same with standard mix.
Concrete that satisfied these conditions are said to have high workability. The desired workability for an ideal concrete would depend on the means of the compaction available. The characteristic compression strength we got during experiment satisfying the standard mix shows that the concrete was well compacted.
8.0       CONCLUSIONS
            In conclusion, this concrete mix of (1:2:4) suitable to be apply for concrete that have a lot of reinforcement. It also suitable concrete that compacted without vibration and when compaction work difficult to do. The collapse slump happen because the concrete mix is wet due to wet dry aggregates used and produced the quality of concrete.
