My wishlist for this year birthday.
1) Wanna get my dream weight. How? work for it starting today. What is the target? 55kg. How long to achieve it? 9 months. How many kgs in a month?
To reduce at least 2 kgs in a month.
How? Fasting and jogging. Less intake of fast food and junk food. No matter what. I should achieve my target.
love My self more that any other things.
